A valid credit card is required to reserve all appointments. We will not charge this card except in the case of late cancellations or no shows.

Late Cancellations (not within business hours of the day prior to the scheduled appointment) will be charged half the price (50%) of the service booked.

No Shows (not showing up to your scheduled appointment with no prior communication) will be charged the full price (100%) of the service booked.

If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, you will be charged a cancellation fee and will be asked to reschedule.
