What is your favorite service you offer?
Deluxe beard trim. I get to use the straight razor which is a traditional service honoring the history of barbering. Plus, it’s relaxing with the hot towels.
What made you choose barbering?
It was something that I always thought about for some unknown reason. No one in my family had cut hair and I had even never cut hair before barber school. It just kept pulling at me I suppose.
How do you like to spend your time outside of the shop?
Ride my motorcycle and care for my houseplants.
What are two fun facts about yourself?
I lived out west for 10 years. I collect records.
How would you describe a client's experience in your chair?
Individualized, engaging, peaceful.
I recently had the pleasure of visiting The Roster's Nest barber shop and getting a haircut from the talented barber Chad Davis. The interior of the barbershop is truly unique, with its vintage decor and welcoming atmosphere that creates a really nice vibe. Chad did an amazing job cutting my hair, paying close attention to detail and ensuring I left looking and feeling great. The staff at The Roster's Nest were all incredibly welcoming and helpful, making my overall experience top-notch. Chad Davis is absolutely incredible. Super meticulous and legitimately cares about his clients being happy with the finished product. I often wish the hair cut last longer because I always enjoy talking to him. Highly recommend!!
This is exactly what I was looking for. It’s a modern men’s barbershop with an old school esthetic and feel to it. Everybody is super chill and professional. The place has a really good vibe and the quality of service is top-notch. I got to observe a lot of what appeared to be repeat customers that have a good relationship with their individual barbers. I personally got a beard trim and haircut from Chad. The guy is super awesome and went above and beyond to make sure that I was completely satisfied with the service. I have already scheduled my return visit with Chad and hope to be a continual customer moving forward.
