 LATE AND CANCELLATION POLICIES
Just like you, we are busy, y’all! Spots on our books fill up fast and time booked with us is something we do not take for granted.
A valid credit card is required to reserve all appointments. We will not charge this card except in the case of late cancellations or no shows.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we need to be notified no later than the close of business (7:00PM) the day before your scheduled visit. In the event of a late cancellation or no show, you will be charged for half the price of the service in which you were booked.
If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, you will be charged a cancellation fee and will be asked to reschedule.
